JUNIOR WOMEN’S NATIONAL TEAM HEADED TO FIBA AMERICAS U18 CHAMPIONSHIP FOR WOMEN
(Toronto, Ont.) – Canada Basketball has announced the 2014 Junior Women’s National Team. The team will compete in the FIBA Americas U18 Championship for Women in Colorado Springs, USA. The competition runs from August 6 to August 10.”The coaching staff is very excited with the team that has been selected, as they are extremely hardworking and they love to play the game,” said head coach Rich Chambers. “We feel in the training camp that we can make great improvements and get ourselves prepared for the FIBA Americas tournament.”
