Team On Point was On Location in Markham, Ontario Canada on the weekend of March 4th-6th for the 2nd annual Bill Crothers Invitational showcase event which featured the hosts as well as Athlete Institute, Orangeville Prep, Thetford Academy(QC), Thornlea(Thornhill), BTB Academy(Toronto), Ahuntsic(QC) and Wasatch Academy(Utah).
Wasatch was the most dominant team of the event…earning victories in all three of their games.
Day 2 on Saturday featured a big time matchup between Thetford Academy and Bill Crothers.
The game was a tight one through out but Thetford held on for the 88-84 victory.
Quincy Guerrier was on fire notching a game-high 27pts, while Borys Minger scored 16pts and Alain Louis was dominant at pg all weekend and scored 11pts in this tilt.
For the hosts, they were paced by Stefan Smith who scored 22pts and Othneil Spence who scored 16pts.
The event was a great success. Team On Point looks forward to next year.
