NBBL’s BATTLE OF THE BORDER All-Star event Friday August 22nd, 2014 at McMaster’s Burridge Gym

The 2014 NBBL All-Star Game will be held as a Canada versus USA, battle of the Border. The NBBL (Canada) welcomes the Central Basketball Association (CBA) of the United States to compete in a Battle of the Border event for ultimate bragging rights between the two countries.

The CBA is located in the central United States and currently stretches across seven cities. The focus for the CBA is similar to that of the NBBL, providing their countries athletes with an elite playing platform to compete against the best athletes in the central of the United States. The CBA aims to help develop basketball in the USA and provide their athletes with opportunities to play basketball at a professional level, by acting as a feeder system to the NBA Developmental League.

The Battle of the Border will be hosted by, the North of the Border Basketball League for 2014 and will switch to a the United States in 2015 which will be hosted by the CBA.

In addition to the Battle of the Border All-Star Game, there will also be a 3-Point Shootout, Dunk Contest & Live music!

Hamilton come out and support the NBBL Canada Team as they take on the USA in the ultimate basketball rivalry between the two countries!

The Event will be played Friday, August 22nd at 8:00PM @McMaster University Burridge Gym.
