SWNT ROSTER NAMED FOR EDMONTON GRADS INTERNATIONAL CLASSIC

(Edmonton, AB) – Canada Basketball’s Senior Women’s National Team has announced the roster that will take on No. 7 Brazil in a three-game exhibition series.

“We are excited to take on a strong opponent to begin our preparation for the FIBA World Championships,” said Lisa Thomaidis. “Every player at our training camp has shown tremendous heart and determination, and I am excited to see what we can do against a talented team like Brazil.”

Canada will play against Brazil at the Saville Centre, in Edmonton, Alberta on June 26, 27 and 28.
