Shoot For a Cure Basketball Showcase

(Toronto, Ontario) – OnFriday October 10^th, 2014, INCHARGE Sports & Entertainment & NorthBridge Media Group will host Shoot for a Cure Basketball Showcase at Ryerson Kerr Hall Gymnasium B. We will be hosting 2 exhibition basketball games featuring 4 of the top High Schools in the GTA: Bill Crothers S.S. (Markham), Oakwood C.I. (Toronto), St. Edmund Campion (Brampton), and St. John Paul II (Scarborough). INCHARGE Sports & Entertainment as well as NBMG have teamed up with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation to bring you this event and heighten Breast Cancer awareness. Proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

Doors Open at 6pm

Though advancements are being made, 1 in 9 women will still be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. That is why support for research that could eventually lead to a cure is so important. With your help we will be able to fund ground-breaking research on prevention, detection, diagnosis and treatment. It’s only with the continued support of our community that we can meet the needs for breast cancer research and continue to make progress in understanding, detecting, and treating breast cancer.

Shoot for a Cure Basketball Showcase will provide an exciting platform for young female student athletes to showcase their talents in front of friends and family as well as other supporters of our community.
